We spent a long time rethinking this classic, both visually and technically. The result is our own system with two sturdy anchor points, each weighted with 15 kilograms of counterweight. It holds reliably, even in light wind or bigger crowds. Sturdy, stylish, steady.

Classic
Clean lines, an even shape and up to six different colors. Classic balloon arches are ideal for on-brand appearances, official events and anywhere structure and precision matter.
Typical uses include corporate events with clear branding, store openings, traditional weddings, award ceremonies and events that call for a polished, orderly look.
The classic shape conveys professionalism, reliability and a clear message. Tone-on-tone combinations, company colors and concepts with two to four harmonized shades are especially popular.
We're happy to advise on color selection and develop combinations that look great both up close and from a distance.
Organic
Free-flowing shapes, mixed balloon sizes and a natural-looking composition. Organic balloon arches feel livelier, more modern and more individual than classic designs.
Every installation is one of a kind. Deliberate size contrasts and asymmetric lines create a natural, high-end look with real depth.
Typical uses include modern weddings, pop-up activations, influencer events, summer parties, shop windows, photo areas and corporate events with a creative edge.
For organic balloon arches, we combine premium latex balloons in various sizes and, on request, add mirror balloons, florals, dried flowers, eucalyptus or other decorative accents.

A balloon arch is only as good as its mounting. Poorly secured structures tip over in the wind, wobble in a crowd or need constant adjusting. That looks unprofessional and undermines the whole setup.
That's why we developed our own system. Two sturdy bases, each with 15 kilograms of counterweight, hold the arch securely, even in wind or heavy foot traffic. The arch stands firm with no visible fixings, so the decor can make its full impact.

We work with high-quality balloons in more than 80 colors: matte, glossy, metallic, clear or chrome. That range lets us bring almost any color idea to life and match corporate colors precisely.
We can work to Pantone specs, HEX codes and corporate identity guidelines.
We generally recommend up to six colors per balloon arch. For very colorful concepts, two to three main colors plus one to two accent colors often create the most premium look.

At weddings, the balloon arch is one of the most popular premium touches. We create organic ceremony backdrops, entrance pieces for the reception and photo spots for guests.
For outdoor ceremonies, a stable structure is especially important, since wind and sun are the biggest challenges. That's why we plan sturdy systems and pay close attention to placement.
Corporate events and openings
At corporate events, a balloon arch marks entrances, stages or key activation areas. Colors are matched precisely to your corporate identity. On request, we also add logo balloons or other brand elements.

A balloon arch also makes a strong statement at birthdays, baby showers, engagement parties and garden parties.

100 percent natural rubber latex from Sempertex. Biodegradable, and complemented by foil balloons, logo balloons and mirror balloons for premium accents.

15 kilograms of counterweight per base. Two bases per arch. Our own mounting system, with no drilling, gluing or damage to the venue.

Standard widths of 2.5 to 4 meters for classic entrance arches. Large-scale installations 3 to 6 meters wide and up to 4 meters tall are no problem. Custom sizes on request.
Lifespan
Indoors, often holds its shape for 4 to 6 weeks. Outdoors, typically 3 to 7 days, depending on weather, sun exposure and temperature.
Setup Time
Usually 1 to 3 hours, depending on size and complexity. Our team handles setup and teardown on site.

Every balloon arch is designed from scratch. The concept is shaped by the occasion, venue, color palette and the effect you want. On request, we create visualizations in advance.

Can I combine the balloon arch with florals?
Yes. Pairing a balloon arch with florals is one of the most premium design options there is.
Elements like eucalyptus, pampas grass, dried flowers or seasonal blooms add depth and give the installation a particularly refined look.
We work with florists regularly and coordinate colors, materials and design with them.
For weddings in particular, floral accents have become one of the most popular choices.

How wide should a wedding balloon arch be?
For a ceremony backdrop at a celebrant-led wedding, we usually recommend a width of 3 to 4 meters. That gives the couple enough room and keeps the arch well proportioned in the wedding photos.
For entrances, 2.5 to 3.5 meters is often enough, depending on the width of the door or passageway.
For especially large venues or double doorways, structures 4 to 6 meters wide can make sense. We determine the ideal size based on photos and the conditions on site.

How long does a balloon arch last?
Indoors, a professionally built balloon arch made of premium latex often holds its shape for one to four weeks.
In air-conditioned spaces out of direct sunlight, it often stays looking fresh even longer.
Outdoors, depending on the weather, that drops to roughly one to seven days.
UV-resistant materials and shaded spots can extend its life even further.

Balloon arch or balloon column: which is right for my event?
Each option has its own strengths.
A balloon arch works especially well for entrances, stages, wedding ceremonies or photo spots. It creates a clear focal point and draws people in.
Balloon columns take up much less space and are ideal for entrances, trade show booths or framing activation areas.
Which option fits better depends on the venue, the available space and the effect you want.

How do you secure an outdoor balloon arch against wind?
Our own system uses two bases, each weighted with 15 kilograms of counterweight.
This keeps the structure stable in winds of up to about 30 km/h.
In rougher conditions, we recommend additional securing, such as ground anchors, sandbags or a sheltered spot.
If the forecast shows winds above 40 km/h, we'll advise you individually and plan alternatives if needed.

How much lead time does a balloon arch need?
Ideally, send your inquiry four to six weeks before your date.
That leaves enough time for concept development, color matching, sourcing materials and planning logistics.
We can often handle short-notice requests too. With one to three weeks' lead time, however, some colors or specialty materials may not be available.
For weddings in peak season and for larger corporate events, we recommend booking at least three months ahead.

Can you set up arches at multiple stores or locations?
Yes. It's one of our specialties.
We regularly develop consistent concepts for store chains, retailers and multi-location projects.
Planning, logistics and sourcing are coordinated centrally, so your brand looks the same at every location.
Of course, we account for different entrances, building layouts and local conditions so the installation works perfectly at each site.
