Wedding
with balloons.
But with style, please.
Some things just don't belong on the most beautiful day of your life. Cheap supermarket decor, garlands of plastic roses, or balloons that make you expect a clown to jump out of the bushes.
Chrollo Balloon is not off-the-shelf decor, and not a balloon garland like at a kids' birthday party.
We work with concepts, with feeling, and with one very clear goal: making your love visible.
We design wedding balloon decor in Berlin and across Germany. From an intimate city hall ceremony to large-scale designs at castle venues, we develop concepts that suit your day.
And you.
What suits you, and what doesn't?
Not every wedding needs 100 balloons.
But maybe it needs exactly three, perfectly placed, in colors that truly reflect you.
Sometimes a single floating gesture is enough. And sometimes it's fine to go all out, as long as it's done with style.
Understated and elegant or bold and modern: we show you what's possible and what suits your day. And if you have no plan at all yet? Perfect. Then we'll simply start together.
You don't need to be an event agency to work with us.
We speak plainly, stay open to your ideas, and give you honest assessments.
And if something isn't doable, we'll tell you. And find something better together.
Because what we build shouldn't just look good, it should suit you, too.
Wedding styles
and the right balloon decor
Every wedding style has its own visual language.
We design the balloon decor to enhance your aesthetic, not work against it.
Boho wedding
Boho weddings thrive on organic structures, natural materials, and warm earth tones. We work with organic balloon garlands in pastel, sand, cream, and terracotta, often combined with pampas grass, dried flowers, or eucalyptus. Entrance arches and ceremony backdrops look as if they grew out of nature, not as if they were added on top.
Classic elegant style
Classic weddings rely on champagne, cream, white, and gold. We create designs with clean structures, premium materials, and a calm color palette. Popular elements include straight balloon arches at the entrance, balloon columns along the aisle, and understated, elegant photo walls.
Modern style
Modern weddings work with mirror balloons, monochrome color schemes, or pared-back black-and-white designs. Geometric structures, clean lines, and premium materials like chrome finishes suit contemporary couples who don't want a standard romantic setting.
Vintage style
Vintage weddings call for muted colors, nostalgic tones, and romantic structures. We combine latex balloons in dusty rose, antique gold, sage, and cream with floral touches. One rule matters here: no shiny foil balloons, only premium latex for an authentic look.
Industrial style
Industrial venues like old factory halls or lofts can handle high-contrast designs. We work with black and chrome, organic structures, and unexpected vertical compositions. Soft balloon shapes balance out the hard edges of the space.

How we work
Because a wedding is no place for chaos, and decor shouldn't be a lucky guess.
First contact & initial call
You tell us when and where. We listen, ask questions, and tell you honestly whether and how we can help.
Quote & concept
You receive a tailored quote including visualization ideas. Transparent, well matched, and with room for your wishes.
Coordination & planning
Once everything feels right, we lock in the date, fine-tune the details, and prepare everything exactly to plan.
On-site setup
Punctual, on schedule, and respectful of the setting. Venue, staff, or time slots: we think ahead.
Teardown & wrap-up
Once it's over, it's already taken care of. We handle teardown and transport discreetly.
You remember.
Months later. Scrolling through the photos. And you think: those balloons were really good.
Your venue, your balloon decor
Every venue comes with its own challenges and possibilities.
We know the quirks and plan the decor accordingly.
City hall
City hall weddings often have tight time slots. Ceremonies run back to back, so setup has to be quick and clean. We recommend compact designs: a balloon arch at the entrance, a balloon accent in front of the ceremony table, perhaps a photo wall for group photos. Setup in 30 to 60 minutes, teardown right after the ceremony.
Outdoor symbolic ceremony
Symbolic ceremonies often take place in gardens, by a lake, or in parks. What matters: wind-stable structures, shade strategies for longevity, and backup plans for the weather. We build ceremony backdrops with weighted bases and entrance arches with reinforced anchoring, and schedule setup in the early morning hours before the ceremony.
Castle or manor house
Castle venues call for respect for the architecture. We use only gentle fastenings with no drilling, no tape on historic wallpaper, and freestanding structures wherever possible. The design adapts to the ceiling height and often uses the historic character as its stage.
Industrial loft or event venue
Lofts and modern event venues often have high ceilings and an industrial look. We work with large structures that make use of the height. Ceiling installations are especially striking here. Mirror balloons reflect modern LED lighting and create atmosphere.

Hotel ballroom
Hotel ballrooms are air-conditioned, well lit, and logistically straightforward. We coordinate setup times with hotel management, often on the day of the event before guests arrive. Classic, elegant designs are a particularly good fit for hotel spaces.
Beach or waterside wedding
Beach weddings are logistically demanding. Wind, direct sun, salt water, and sand all take a toll on materials. We use UV-stable premium latex, plan shaded setups or short-lived designs during the main ceremony, and make photo walls the centerpiece instead of fixed structures.

Frequently asked questions about
wedding balloon decor
1
How much does balloon decor for a wedding cost?
The investment depends on the venue, number of guests, desired style, and scope of the decor.
Smaller accent installations often start in the upper three-figure range. Most wedding projects, however, fall in the four-figure range and are tailored to the venue and the overall concept.
Some couples want to focus on a photo spot or the entrance area, while others want a complete design with several decor points throughout the wedding venue.
For a concrete estimate, we're happy to advise you personally and put together a custom concept.
4
Can you combine balloon decor with florals?
Yes, and that's often the most beautiful solution. Combining organic balloon garlands with floral accents looks far more refined and personal than balloon decor alone.
Where needed, we work with florists and coordinate concept, colors, and setup.
Typical combinations include ceremony backdrops with eucalyptus and pastel balloons, entrance designs with dried flowers and organic structures, or photo walls with small clusters of helium balloons and floral centerpieces.
7
Premium wedding decor: what sets it apart from standard?
Premium wedding decor differs in three dimensions: material, concept, and craftsmanship.
Material means exclusively premium latex from Sempertex with ISO and TÜV certification, never wholesale stock. Concept means developed individually for your wedding, not picked from a catalog. Craftsmanship means cleanly tied, precisely placed structures with professional rigging.
And it shows in the result. Premium decor still looks good in your wedding photos ten years later. Standard stock looks cheap.
2
Which balloon decor suits which wedding style?
Boho weddings pair well with organic balloon garlands in pastel, sand, cream, and earth tones, often combined with pampas grass and dried flowers.
Classic, elegant weddings look best in champagne, cream, white, and gold, complemented by clean structures. Modern weddings rely on mirror balloons, monochrome color schemes, or pared-back black-and-white designs.
Vintage weddings work with muted colors, lace-inspired touches, and nostalgic tones. Industrial venues can handle high-contrast black and chrome compositions with organic structures.
5
How long do balloons last at a wedding?
Under normal indoor conditions, professionally installed wedding balloon decor lasts the entire wedding day and beyond.
Under ideal conditions, Sempertex premium latex balloons keep their shape for up to two weeks. Larger balloons last up to 24 hours depending on size and treatment, and up to three days with Hi-Float treatment.
For a 12-hour wedding, that's more than enough, so you won't have to worry about the decor during the celebration.
8
Does balloon decor work in a church or for a church wedding?
Church weddings often come with restrictions, since many pastors have to approve any decoration of the church interior.
We recommend talking to the parish early. If balloon decor is allowed, we work with restraint and respect.
Subtle accents at the altar, small balloon installations along the entrance, or a little volume outdoors usually work better than large installations. Often we recommend placing the balloon decor not inside the church itself, but at the reception or in front of the venue.
3
Does balloon decor work in a garden or outdoors?
Yes, with some limitations. Outdoor installations have to withstand the weather.
Direct sunlight shortens their lifespan significantly, wind above 30 km/h can pose a risk, and temperatures above 28 °C put stress on the latex.
We recommend outdoor balloon decor for covered areas, shaded spots, or short-lived setups during the main ceremony. For fully outdoor weddings, we build wind- and sun-resistant solutions and plan the logistics so the installation looks perfect at the moment that counts.
6
How much lead time do you need for wedding balloon decor?
For custom concepts, we recommend reaching out three to six months before your wedding date.
That leaves time for in-depth consultation, a venue visit, concept development, color matching, and visualization if needed.
With short-notice requests from four weeks out, we can often still make it happen, though with less room for concept work. Wedding dates, especially Saturdays and May through September, are often booked months in advance.
9
Balloon decor for a symbolic ceremony: what should I keep in mind?
Symbolic ceremonies are often held outdoors or at unusual venues, which makes the logistics more demanding than at a city hall or church.
Key points: check where shade falls, clarify the ground surface and anchoring, assess the weather, secure a setup window before the ceremony, and coordinate teardown timing with the caterer or DJ.
The most common elements are ceremony backdrops with an organic balloon garland, entrance arches, and table or chair accents along the aisle.
