BALLOON DECORATION DORTMUND
BALLOON DECOR FOR CORPORATE EVENTS, TRADE SHOWS AND GRAND OPENINGS
For events, brands, and spaces.
Dortmund loves to celebrate big, in the stadium and at the office alike. For corporate events, summer parties, and anniversaries, we build balloon arches at the entrance, balloon columns at the trade show booth, or balloon garlands above the bar. For openings on the Westenhellweg, we add window displays with balloons. We deliver, set up, and pick everything up after the party.
From Berlin. For Dortmund and all of Germany.

& Retail
From the reception to the stage. Balloon decor for corporate celebrations, conferences, and trade show booths, matched to your brand colors.
Balloon garlands above the table, a balloon arch at the entrance, a balloon wall as a photo spot. Elegant, not playful.
For store openings and point-of-sale promotions. With balloon arches and window displays, an opening becomes an event.
Events &
Special Occasions
For when you want more than decoration: balloon drops, giant balloons, and balloon installations that guests photograph and share.
CONCEPT & VISUALIZATION
Good design doesn't happen by chance.
It's planned.
We develop custom concepts for balloon decor and
balloon installations, tailored to the space, the occasion, and the effect you want.
From single balloons to large-scale productions, we plan every detail with intent.
On request, we visualize ideas in advance so you know exactly what to expect.
WHAT DOES WORKING TOGETHER LOOK LIKE?
01
Inquiry
You reach out with initial information or ideas. Feel free to include images, venue details, and a budget range if you have one. As an experienced balloon company, we advise you early on about what's possible with balloon decor and event design.
01
Concept
We develop proposals for your event, tailored to the space, the occasion, and the effect you want. From balloon decor and balloon installations to fully custom balloon concepts, we plan the best way to bring it to life.
We're happy to align on the details in a quick call or an on-site visit.
01
Visualization
On request, we create a visual preview so you get a clear picture of the result. That way, balloon walls, balloon garlands, or balloon clouds become tangible before the event.
01
Execution
Production, delivery, and setup are timed to your event. Whether it's balloon clusters, balloon drops, or large-scale balloon decor, we execute your concept professionally.
01
Teardown
After the event, we take care of the teardown and leave everything as we found it. Even large balloon installations are dismantled properly and efficiently.
01
Wrap-Up & Next Steps
After the event, we document the result and, on request, develop follow-up concepts. We've supported many of our clients for years with recurring balloon decor and event concepts.
