Chrollo Balloon designs premium balloon decor in Berlin and across Germany. We work for brands, event agencies, couples, HR leads, executive teams and discerning private clients. We develop every concept individually, tailored to the occasion, venue, brand identity and the effect you want.
For latex, we use only premium balloons from Sempertex (manufacturer certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, balloons tested by TÜV Rheinland), complemented by premium foil balloons with logo printing and mirror balloons for modern looks. We use materials responsibly, without compromising on visual quality.
Organic balloon garlands for boho weddings, classic balloon arches for store openings, large balloon walls as press photo backdrops or mobile balloon columns at the point of sale: we develop concepts that fit the occasion and don't look off the rack.

Premium balloon decor differs from standard providers in three ways: material, concept and craftsmanship.
Material: We work exclusively with premium latex from Sempertex, a certified manufacturer of natural rubber latex balloons. The manufacturer is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and has its balloons tested by TÜV Rheinland. Concept: We develop every installation individually, tailored to the occasion, venue,
brand identity and the effect you want. Our background is in visual merchandising, so we know how visual language works. You won't find catalog templates that look the same for every client here.
Craftsmanship: Neatly tied balloons, precisely built structures, professional rigging. A Chrollo installation still looks professional in photos years later.

Balloon Column
The mobile all-rounder. Quick to set up, easy to place, on its own or as a series. With a weighted base, also suitable for outdoor use and pop-up activations. Ideal for shop windows, entrances and guiding foot traffic.
Helium Balloons
Light, eye-catching, effective. With Hi-Float treatment they float much longer, depending on balloon size and room climate. Helium inflation right at the venue. Latex, foil, numbers, mirror or with logo printing.

Premium Materials for Professional Installations
We work exclusively with premium Sempertex latex balloons made from natural rubber latex, a plant-based, renewable raw material. Sempertex is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
Sempertex also has its balloons tested by TÜV Rheinland.
Above all, this choice of material is about quality. Premium latex generally lasts longer than wholesale stock, holds its color better and tears less often. The visual difference shows clearly in photos.
There's a wide range of premium colors in matte, gloss, metallic, clear and chrome finishes. We match colors as closely as possible to Pantone specs and HEX codes, so your corporate identity comes through cleanly. For logo printing, we work with experienced print partners.
We pay attention to quality in fastening too: low-residue removable adhesive dots, magnets, freestanding frames and weighted base systems. We avoid tape that damages surfaces and drilling into walls or ceilings.

Once the concept is right, we lock in the date, finalize the details and prepare everything exactly to plan.
04 Setup on Site
Punctual, reliable and respectful of the setting. Venue, staff or time slots: we think ahead.
05 Maintenance During the Event (On Request)
For multi-day events or especially delicate installations, we can maintain and touch up the decor while it's up.
06 Teardown and Wrap-Up
After the event, there's nothing left for you to handle. We discreetly take care of teardown and material disposal.
What Balloon Decor Costs
We share budget guidelines openly, because discerning clients don't appreciate black box quotes. The investment depends heavily on event size, concept, venue and choice of materials.
Smaller installations: Accent decor such as compact balloon garlands, single balloon columns
or small photo accents usually costs around 350 to 700 euros.
Mid-size installations: Weddings, mid-size corporate events or window displays with several elements typically range between 800 and 3,500 euros.
Premium installations: Large-scale wedding installations, premium B2B events,
award ceremonies or brand activations typically range between 3,000 and 15,000 euros.
Large-scale projects: Flagship store openings, international trade show appearances, large galas
or premium private events run into five figures, sometimes more.
Note for corporate events in Germany: under § 19 (1) No. 1a EStG, company events qualify for a tax-free allowance of 110 euros per participating employee per event (including VAT and all event costs; costs for accompanying guests are attributed to the employee), for up to two events per year. Is balloon decor sustainable?
As far as possible with event decor, we handle materials responsibly. We work with Sempertex latex balloons made from natural rubber latex, and the manufacturer is ISO 14001 certified. We plan quantities carefully, reuse frames and bases, and after the event we take care of teardown and proper disposal in the general waste. We do not support balloon releases.

How far in advance do I need to book balloon decor?
For most occasions, we recommend a few weeks of lead time. For installations with custom printing (logo foil balloons), add production time. For weddings in peak season (May to September) or holiday parties (November to mid-December), we recommend several months of lead time, because dates in these periods book up early. We're happy to check short-notice requests.

Can you integrate logos and brand identity?
Yes, it's one of our most common premium formats. We match balloon colors as closely as possible to your corporate identity (Pantone specs, HEX codes), integrate logos with printed foil balloons and design installations that carry your brand identity visually. We know the typical requirements of marketing departments and brand managers.

What happens with last-minute changes?
Last-minute adjustments to the concept or setup are routine for us. As long as the basics (date, venue, choice of materials) stay the same, we can often still make adjustments even during the final setup phase. For bigger concept changes close to the date, we'll proactively tell you what is still realistic.

Do you work across Germany?
Yes, we deliver projects across Germany, with Berlin as our home base. Our focus is Berlin and Brandenburg, but we also work in cities like Hamburg, Munich, Cologne, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf and Stuttgart and at trade fair venues throughout Germany. For larger projects or multi-location concepts, we plan our team and logistics accordingly.

How long do your installations last?
That depends heavily on room climate, temperature and sunlight. Air-filled installations usually last several days indoors; outdoors, depending on the weather, considerably less. Helium balloons with Hi-Float treatment float for a few days, depending on size. Premium latex generally lasts longer than wholesale stock, which pays off especially for multi-day events, window displays or a setup the day before a wedding.
